Early Life
Pastor Daniel Olawande was born in Ekiti State, Nigeria, on August 8, 1991, into a family with a strong religious heritage. He was raised with a solid foundation of Christian principles and service by his parents, Pastor Olawande and Pastor Mrs. Stella Olawande.
His pastoral upbringing cultivated his desire to serve God and His people and influenced his perspective on ministry. His future work as a mentor and spiritual leader was made possible by this background.

Pastor Daniel Olawande’s educational endeavors demonstrate his dedication to intellectual and spiritual development. He finished both basic and advanced courses at Daystar Leadership Academy, from which he graduated. He has a master’s degree in educational psychology from the University of Lagos and a postgraduate diploma in theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College. With indications of potential PhD studies in the future, his quest for knowledge continues.
In recognition of his services to youth development, talent development, and empowerment, IRGIB Africa University in the Republic of Benin has also awarded him an honorary doctorate. His varied scholastic background gives him a special combination of practical expertise and spiritual vision that allows him to relate to people from all walks of life. In addition, he is a graduate of the Texas Bible Institute in the United States, has finished a Public Speaking Masterclass, a Marketplace Readiness Program, and a Creative Intelligence Certification course offered by the World Creativity and Intelligence Team at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, USA.
The leadership positions held by Pastor Daniel Olawande show how committed he is to helping the Christian community. He is the National Youth President of the Redeemed Christian Church of God and the RCCG Youth Evangelist. In these roles, he represents Region 26 Ikorodu Lagos as a National Executive of the Pastor’s Seed Family (PSF) and manages the National Youth Representative Council (NYRC). In addition, he is the director of the Flaming Network and the president of Inspired Team International.
His dedication to spiritual growth and youth empowerment is further demonstrated by his previous roles as President of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship (RCF) at Adeyemi College of Education and President of the Redeemed Christian Corpers Fellowship (RCCF), Lagos State Chapter. The ministry of Pastor Daniel Olawande is not limited to in-person meetings. For believers and young pastors seeking spiritual rejuvenation and empowerment, the Young pastors Retreat (YMR), a 72-hour end-of-year retreat, offers an intense experience.
Additionally, he is the founder and principal of The Purpose Discovery Nation, an online learning platform that helps people discover, develop, and implement their purpose, and Flaming College, a mentoring platform that raises, develops, and equips people for all-around effectiveness. Pastor Mrs. Oluwanifemi Daniel-Olawande and Pastor Daniel Olawande are blissfully wed. Since their May 5, 2018, union, they have been blessed with two daughters: Zion Flaming Olawande and Zoe. His family gives him a solid foundation of love and support, enabling him to devote himself fully to his vocation.
