THEOPHILUS SUNDAY BIOGRAPHY
Theophilus Sunday is a Nigerian Gospel music minister and songwriter. He has a unique way of ministering which is similar to Lawrence Oyor’s way. He is famous for his chant-like music and has become a household name.
The gospel music minister is a follower of Apostle Arome Osayi as they both go around to minister in words and songs. He admitted that Apostle Joshua Selman and Apostle Arome Osayi are his fathers.
EARLY LIFE AND BACKGROUND
Theophilus Sunday was born on May 9, 1978, in Dekina, Kogi State, Nigeria. He grew up in a Muslim-dominated state. Nothing is known about his parents. We don’t know anything about his primary education, but we know he attended Ochaja Boys Secondary School, Ochaja, Kogi State. He then obtained a degree in theater arts from Kogi State University (KSU).
He did his National Youth Service Corps for the period of November 5, 2012, to October 10, 2013.
MINISTRY
Theophilus Sunday has become one of the few whose songs keep changing and transforming Christian lives everywhere he ministered. He has ministered in various campuses and youth programme. Also, he has been invited to concerts and churches to preach the Gospel through songs.
