The ninth edition of the Africa Christian Legendary and Impact Makers Awards 2025 (CLIMA AFRICA) will recognize gospel music artists and Christian impact makers.
After eight iterations in Nigeria, the esteemed gospel awards will be held for the first time in Johannesburg, South Africa. As usual, CLIMA Africa is a two-part event that honors influencers from various fields and showcases 26 categories of African gospel music talent.
The Awards Academy reports that the 2025 edition will include 26 voting categories for gospel music artists, 10 non-voting recognitions for gospel music luminaries, and 16 recognitions for impact makers.
The Awards ceremony will take place at The Maslow Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa, on Sunday, October 5, 2025. Main event at 7:00 p.m., Red Carpet at 5:00 p.m. Dinner gowns and tuxedos are required.
Voting at www.climaafrica.org will start on July 1 and go through August 30, 2025. Voting is free. You can purchase event tickets here as well.
