Topic: Don’t Destroy!!!

If you want to succeed, succeed honorably, in the same vein; if you want to fail, fail honorably.

Don’t succeed at the expense or detriment of another man’s demotion or degradation.

As a matter of fact, for you to become anything significant in life in addition to occupying a seat of power, you must not for whatsoever reason initiate the downfall of the fellow in position.

In other words, under no circumstances should you bring another human down all in a bid to rise and obtain favor from man.

Frankly speaking, you might succeed in having your way but you must also understand that your latter end will be laced with sorrow and bitterness.

Hear me; he who must destroy another in order to succeed, must have destruction awaiting him at the post of his success and whosoever must kill in order to live will have death as a sentinel at the door of his own life.

Success and promotion are not achieved on the platform of running another person down, therefore, speak no evil of anyone because of your own selfish interest.

There is nothing you accomplish illegitimately and through unjust means that will ever last, surely, it will crumble and the end result will be greatly regretful.

Don’t destroy or speak badly of any human, whether or not the fellow is performing or not, you have no right to castigate or rubbish him down, leave that to the one who has enthroned him.

From my experience, I have seen cases of people who are more versatile, vast and knowledgeable than the person who is at the top, its the way God has orchestrated it and there is nothing anybody can do about it.

Don’t destroy, don’t condemn and don’t make any attempt to harm your fellow human being, if it is God’s plan for you to preside and govern in that company, organization or even an entire nation, somehow, it will happen.

Finally, keep on with your work, appreciate the little effort your co-workers and leaders are doing, encourage them where you need to encourage them and pray for them instead of concentrating on their weaknesses.

Ponder Point: Where there are vacuums, take that giant step to fill it up without waiting to be told and believe me, your reward will greatly multiply.
