Dr. Stephen Akintayo is a Nigerian author, digital marketing expert, real estate tycoon, and serial entrepreneur. Gtext Holdings, a multinational corporation in digital marketing, real estate, and agricultural, was founded by him. It is quite inspiring how he overcame terrible poverty to become one of Africa’s most renowned financial trainers.
Stephen was born to Mr. Victor and Mrs. Deborah Akintayo on January 28, 1986, in Gonge, Maiduguri (Borno State), and was raised in extreme poverty. His early years were characterized by hardship, with no electricity and occasionally no food. Young Stephen scrounged to buy lunch after his father’s business failed, and his mother frequently took out loans to cover school expenses.
Early Life
Stephen went to Government Secondary School in Jebba, Kwara State, after attending Baptist Primary School in Maiduguri. He graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. He started his business career selling GNLD supplements and eBooks while still a student and hosted campus trade shows.
He established Gilead Balm Group in 2008, a bulk SMS platform that catered to well-known companies like Chivita, MTN, PZ Cussons, and GTBank. Later on, this business endeavor developed into Gtext Global, a multimillion-dollar conglomerate that encompasses education, technology, and real estate.
Gtext Holdings
With offices in the US, UK, Dubai, and Nigeria, Gtext Holdings is an international corporation that owns more than 30 estates that range in size from 50 to 2000 acres. The Stephen Akintayo Foundation and Gtext Homes are two of its subsidiaries.
As a global leader in the real estate sector, Dr. Akintayo, the Chairman of Gtext Holdings and the Founder of the Stephen Akintayo Foundation, is spearheading a $200 million growth project in the United States.

Dr. Akintayo studied digital marketing at Harvard University and the Digital Marketing Institute. He now collaborates with UK-based enterprises to expand his company internationally. He is now enrolled in Harvard’s Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, a prestigious executive education program intended for high-level corporate executives.
Dr. Stephen Akintayo: His Legacy
Dr. Akintayo has a strong love for humanitarian activity in addition to her commercial career. He established the Stephen Akintayo Foundation, formerly known as the Infinity Foundation, in 2008 to benefit impoverished families in Dustbin Estate, Ajegunle, and vulnerable communities, including IDP camps in Maiduguri. Mercy Orphanage was established in 2015 and is likewise operated by the foundation.
He began filming his third show, Big Talk with DSA, in February 2022. The show is a political program that aims to refocus young people’s minds and provide them with the knowledge they need to build a new country.
He organized the biggest brokers’ conference in Africa, the Global Property Brokers Conference, in 2021. With global business titans like Grant Cardone, Ryan Serhant, and the world’s top coach, John C. Maxwell, as co-speakers, it has been dubbed the Global Property Festival.
In 2022, he hosted the Global Wealth Festival in Nigeria, London, and the United States of America, among other places. Grant Cardone served as the keynote speaker during the festival’s debut venue, which took place in Dallas in July 2022. Additionally, he hosted the Global Leadership Conference in Dubai, where Olusegun Obasanjo, the former president, gave the keynote address.
During the Billionaire Habits Masterclass webinar, he had the honor of hosting well-known individuals like Dr. Brian Tracy, Dr. Les Brown, and Robert Kiyosaki. This international gathering was painstakingly planned to equip young people with the fundamental behaviors and perspectives of prosperous billionaires, teaching them how to follow in their footsteps. The webinar’s objective was to encourage the future generation to strive for excellence and cultivate the traits required to succeed by means of thought-provoking conversations and useful guidance.
In addition, he is the organizer of the Believers’ Wealth Conference and the Family Finance Conference, which instruct couples and followers of Christ on how to create sustainable wealth for themselves over generations.
Because it supports both corporate and personal development, his mentorship program has a broad reach. Dr. Stephen is adamant that young Nigerians who are passionate about entrepreneurship have the power to transform both Nigeria and the global economy. It’s no surprise that youthful, energetic people run his corporate empire.
