Books on Children Ministry you should go and get. Jesus needs to be directly encountered by children in order for them to form a connection with him. To be a friend, Jesus demands devotion, intimacy, obedience, forgiveness, reconciliation, deliverance, faith, salvation, hope, confession, repentance, and love. According to Luke 14:26, the relationship with Jesus should come first. Jesus’ Story enlightens in a special way, and His Spirit strengthens bonds with others.
