Peter Burton, a singer-songwriter and worship leader from California, has begun a new phase of his career with Integrity Music. Under the guidance of its founder, Matthew West, and overseen by Story House Collective, Burton is making his solo debut. He acknowledged the “incredible people” on his team and conveyed his sincere gratitude for the assistance he has received.

Having recovered from mental illness, Burton’s music speaks to the difficulties of the human condition while highlighting God’s faithfulness. His life and work are based on the hope found in Jesus Christ, which is the core of his message.

Burton’s signing, according to Integrity Music President Blaine Barcus, is a logical development of their long-standing partnership. He highlighted Burton’s genuine honesty and devotion to Jesus while praising his lyrics and abilities. Burton has previously toured and written with Lincoln Brewster, a former member of Integrity Music, and assisted in starting the band Thrive Worship at Bayside Church. He helped their debut record reach the top of the charts. “IT’S A GOOD TIME TO PRAISE,” his first single, demonstrates his upbeat tone and inspirational message.

Matthew West recounted his instant elation at hearing Burton’s music, which prompted him to establish a direct line of communication with Burton. He expressed Story House Collective’s honor in working with Burton, calling him a talented worship leader, songwriter, and communicator with a bright future.
