KWAKU GYASI BIOGRAPHY
Kwaku Gyasi is a Ghanaian Gospel music minister and songwriter. His song “Ayeyi” which was his third album was nominated for the 6th Ghana Music Awards.
Gyasi won four awards at the 2007 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
EARLY LIFE AND BACKGROUND
He was born on the 17th of December, 1977 to the family of Angelina Appiah and Kwame Kyei both from Elmina and also traders. Kwaku had his education at APS and proceeded to the Kumasi Technical Institute (KTI) and graduated in 1996.
MUSIC MINISTRY
Kwaku Gyasi uncovered his talent as a singer and also a skilled instrumentalist and pushed to start his music career with the help of iconic Gospel music ministers such as Elder Mireku, Elder Sarpong, and the Church of Pentecost.
He released his first two albums namely “Sumsum Kronkron Gya” and “Onkwafoo” and later released the others the likes of “Ayeyi” and “Onyame Aseda”
