J.J. Hairston is an American Gospel music minister and songwriter. He is known as the leader and the songwriter of the Youthful Praise choir. Hairston and the group have been an excellent voice in the body of Christ since the release of “Awesome God” in 2002 and “I See Victory” in 2014.

He was born on the 22nd of June, 1974 in New York City, New York. He was enrolled in High School at the of age and proceeded to get a Bachelor’s Degree from the University.
